Session begin with a conversation about what you are experiencing and setting an intention for our work together. I do an intuitive assessment of your energy field and chakras before working with hands-on (or above the body) energy healing. At the end of the session, we will reflect on what emerged, changes observed in your energy and any intuitive messages needed for integration.
